ShieldPoly F-15
Advanced Pure Polyurea
ShieldPoly F-15 is a versatile, 100% pure polyurea coating ideal for demanding industrial applications, especially in mineral processing environments. It features exceptional abrasion resistance and corrosion protection, with a rapid gel time of 12-20 seconds. These properties make it highly suitable for use in launders, tanks, and Carbon-in-Leach (CIL) systems, ensuring durability and long-lasting performance.
This high-performance coating excels in environments subjected to constant immersion, offering robust waterproofing and protection against abrasion and impact. Its low permeability effectively addresses osmotic challenges in waterproofing and tank coatings, while resisting long-term water ponding without degradation. Superior wetting and adhesion to various substrates, including concrete, further enhance its versatility.
Additionally, ShieldPoly F-15‘s exceptional UV stability and high physical properties make it suitable for exposed environments, maintaining integrity. It is AS4020-2018 approved for potable water applications, possesses high dielectric strength for electrical insulation, and provides below-ground corrosion protection for power poles, showcasing its adaptability across various industrial sectors.
